Dan Kitajima is the founder of Kitajima Insurance Agency, based in Orange County, California. He started his agency in 2007 and spent 17 years as a Farmers Insurance agency owner before transitioning to the independent channel in May 2025.
Since becoming independent, Dan has rapidly scaled his agency, specializing in the personal auto insurance market. Today, Kitajima Insurance consistently writes over $1.5 million in premium and 800 policies per month, powered by a strong marketing system, a proven sales training framework, and a robust recruiting pipeline.
